We are looking for skilled, creative and ideally experienced support workers to help our customers live independently. Not only will you be joining a great team locally, you'd be joining Look Ahead supports over 6000 people across London and the South East.
If you join our amazing team in Kent...
You will:
- Work with the team and management to help support customers who might be experiencing homelessness
- Co-develop a support plans
- Support them to develop life skills like cooking and activites
- Help customers develop social skills and positive relationships with their community
- And so much more!
You should bring:
- Experience or willingness to liaise across multiple community agencies
- People-oriented with a resilience, given the complex needs of our customers
- Have an understanding of the issues facing people dealing with homelessness
