You will:
- Work with the team and management to help support customers with learning disabilities
- Co-develop a support plans
- Support them to develop life skills like cooking and activites
- Help customers develop social skills and positive relationships with their community
- And so much more!
You should bring:
- Experience or willingness to liaise across multiple community agencies
- People-oriented with a resilience, given the complex needs of our customers
- Have an understanding of the issues facing people with learning disabilities or autism
