You will:
- Work with the team and management to help support young people
- Co-develop a support plans with your assigned young people
- Support them to develop life skills like budgeting, cooking and education
- Help customers develop social skills and positive relations
- And so much more!
You should bring:
- Experience or willingness to liaise across multiple community agencies
- People-oriented with a resilience, given the complex needs of some of our young people
- Have an understanding of the issues facing young people
